From a bold idea to Malaysia's most trusted online casino and sports betting platform — here's who we are, what we stand for, and why hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players call JSM88 home.
Our Story
JSM88 was founded with a single, clear conviction: Malaysian players deserve better. Better platform stability, faster payouts, sharper sports odds, and a live casino experience that genuinely rivals what you'd find on the floors of a premium establishment — all accessible from your phone while sitting in a mamak stall in Petaling Jaya or a condo in Bangsar.
When we launched, the Malaysian online gaming market was crowded with platforms that were either technically unreliable, slow with withdrawals, or simply not designed with local players in mind. Payment methods were clunky, customer support operated on foreign time zones, and MYR currency support was often an afterthought bolted on rather than natively built in.
JSM88 set out to change all of that. We invested in enterprise-grade infrastructure from day one — not the kind you bolt on later once players complain, but the kind that gives you 99.2% uptime during a Liga Super Malaysia knockout match when everyone is betting at once. We built direct integrations with Malaysian payment processors so that Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank deposits are genuinely instant. We hired support agents based in Malaysia who understand local banking, local time zones, and the local playing culture.
Over the years, JSM88 has grown from a focused regional offering into a full-spectrum online gaming platform covering live dealer games — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo — thousands of video slots, crash and instant games, fish games popular across Southeast Asia, and a comprehensive sportsbook covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, NBA, UFC, and more.
Today, JSM88 serves over 500,000 active players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, and beyond. Every day, we process more than RM 2 million in player payouts. Every week, we onboard thousands of new members who have heard about JSM88 through word of mouth — which remains, to this day, our most reliable marketing channel. That trust does not come easy, and we do not take it for granted.
Our Journey
Our Mission
JSM88 exists to raise the standard of online gaming for Malaysian players — not through flashy promises, but through consistent, reliable, player-first execution day after day.
What We Stand For
These are not just words on a page. They guide every product decision, every support interaction, and every feature we build at JSM88.
Every game on JSM88 uses certified RNG systems audited for true randomness. RTP percentages are displayed transparently so players can make informed choices. We do not manipulate outcomes — ever.
99.2% platform uptime. Sub-15-minute withdrawals via local Malaysian channels. No planned downtime during peak sporting events. Speed is a feature, not a bonus — it is a baseline expectation.
256-bit SSL encryption on every session. Strict AML and KYC compliance. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from operational capital, at all times.
JSM88 was built for Malaysia, not adapted for it. MYR-native balances, local payment channels, Malaysian-time support coverage, and local sporting context are core features, not add-ons.
We take problem gambling seriously. Every account has access to deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. We actively promote safer play. 21+ only.
Our 24/7 support team are real agents, not chatbots. Average response time is under 90 seconds. If something goes wrong, we fix it — transparently, quickly, and without making players feel like they are fighting for what is already theirs.
For Malaysia
Malaysia has a uniquely diverse player base — from casual slot players in Penang to serious live baccarat high-rollers in Kuala Lumpur, from EPL fans in Johor Bahru to Liga Super Malaysia supporters in Shah Alam. JSM88 serves all of them without compromise.
We understand the local payment landscape intimately. When Bank Negara Malaysia updated FPX guidelines, we had updated integrations live within days — not weeks. When Touch 'n Go eWallet became ubiquitous across the Klang Valley, we ensured our integration was seamless and instant.
🔞 21+ Platform Only. JSM88 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We enforce age verification as part of our KYC process and will immediately suspend any account found to belong to an underage player. Play responsibly — it is a right, not just a slogan.

The entire JSM88 platform is fully responsive and optimised for mobile play. No separate app download required — the mobile browser experience delivers the same speed and quality as desktop.
