These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and JSM88 ("JSM88", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the JSM88 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at jsm88.cam ("the Platform").

This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card number or passport number, residential address, and a valid email address.

You agree to promptly update your account information should any details change after registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party. JSM88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify JSM88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. Notification should be made to our support team via live chat or email.

JSM88 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. By registering an account, you expressly consent to such verification procedures.

You may be required to provide the following documentation at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests:

• A copy of a valid Malaysian government-issued identity document (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport);

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of RM100. Specific deposit limits by payment method are displayed at the time of transaction.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your JSM88 account are lawfully owned by you and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

JSM88 does not charge fees on deposits made through local Malaysian payment channels. However, your bank or eWallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which JSM88 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must have passed the applicable KYC verification stage before any withdrawal can be processed.
2. The withdrawal amount must not include any Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement.
3. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering control.

The following general betting rules apply across the Platform:

• A bet or wager that has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform is final and binding. JSM88 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets under ordinary circumstances.
• In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or system error that results in an incomplete game round, JSM88 will resolve the affected round in accordance with its technical fault procedure. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JSM88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or navigate the Platform without human intervention;
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, bonus abuse, or coordinated activity designed to exploit promotional offers;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account balance to another person;
• Operating multiple JSM88 accounts simultaneously or sequentially under different identities;
• Using the Platform to launder funds or engage in any activity that constitutes money laundering under applicable law;
• Impersonating any other person, including another JSM88 player or member of JSM88 staff;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to any internal JSM88 system;
• Engaging in collusive play in poker or any other multiplayer game format;
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain without promptly reporting the issue to JSM88 support.

All content on the JSM88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, audio-visual materials, and database compilations, is the intellectual property of JSM88 or its duly licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

JSM88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from JSM88;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any Platform software;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JSM88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

JSM88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the liability.

JSM88 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, although we employ reasonable technical measures to maintain platform stability and security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude JSM88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
